With more than 13,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **Job Mission** Responsible for conducting inspections, supervision, and audits of energy metering assets at consumer units, as well as monitoring the quality of technical-commercial services performed in the field by internal and third-party teams. Ensures revenue protection, corporate image preservation, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Also performs maintenance activities (predictive, preventive, corrective, and emergency) and construction work on de-energized networks (15–34.5 kV), guaranteeing continuity, safety, and quality of electricity supply in accordance with applicable standards and procedures. **Main Responsibilities** Conduct field inspections at low-, medium-, and high-voltage consumer units, identifying irregularities and anomalies in energy metering systems. Audit and supervise technical-commercial service quality through sampling, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and preparing reports detailing identified deviations. Prepare verification reports for meters suspected of fraud, supporting investigation and billing processes. Respond to emergency and contingency situations, contributing to electricity supply quality indicators. Issue technical documents evidencing irregularities, such as Irregularity Occurrence Reports (TOI). Complete service orders within regulatory deadlines, accurately recording activities and materials in internal platforms, following standards and procedures while maintaining appropriate communication with customers. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as organization of materials and vehicles. Install, test, and collect data from energy meters and tele-metering equipment, including at border points and substations. Support technical expert assessments, providing clarifications to engineers, experts, and competent authorities when required. Provide technical support to internal departments, such as Legal and Asset Security. Interpret electrical diagrams and advise customers on consumption, tariffs, and relevant electricity sector legislation. Comply with applicable regulations, policies, internal procedures, and legislation governing job activities. Ensure proper completion of the Risk Analysis Form (APR) prior to performing work on de-energized networks. Ensure issuance of the De-energized Network Authorization Certificate (COI) before performing activities on de-energized networks. Perform network sectioning, signage, absence-of-voltage testing, and temporary grounding on de-energized medium- and low-voltage distribution networks.
