Identify and define, jointly with Management, performance targets for the area; * 3\. Identify and suggest improvements and optimizations to operational processes; * 4\. Plan and submit to Management for approval the required resource sizing for operations; * 5\. Keep Management informed of cargo intake and dispatch processes via spreadsheets; * 6\. Keep clients informed regarding storage of their products; * 7\. Control pallet intake and dispatch, and report back to clients via spreadsheets; * 8\. Promote team motivation; * 9\. Identify and address the team’s training needs; * 10\. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and procedures; * 11\. Guarantee activities necessary for cleaning and sanitizing all company facilities, preventing team members’ contact with hazardous chemicals; * 12\. Monitor cleaning records; * 13\. Hold meetings whenever necessary to align daily cleaning procedures; * 14\. Implement corrective actions for process deviations identified; * 15\. Ensure periodic updates of documents related to processes under your coordination; * 16\. Know and apply Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. * 17\. Report unsafe acts and conditions to leadership; * 18\. Participate in face-to-face and online meetings with clients; * 19\.
