Opportunity to work in a team and under supervision **Responsibilities:** · Reconcile credit card transactions in the Autobahn system · Verify and file lease contracts and other documents · Fill out measurement spreadsheets for public agency contracts · Assist with billing and traffic fine notifications · Monitor due dates for: o Periodic medical examinations o Driver's license (CNH) o Smoke test o Training courses o Fire extinguishers · Review vehicle camera footage · Issue Fuel Orders in the Autobahn system · Attend Monthly Meetings · Perform other related tasks as determined by management · Maintain materials and equipment under your responsibility in perfect condition Keep the workplace clean and organized; collect and dispose of waste and/or residues in appropriate containers to ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental protection at work. **COMPETENCY PROFILE:** **1\. Academic Qualification:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields **2\. Supervisory Responsibility:** No direct supervisory responsibilities **3\. Complexity Level:** Performs low-complexity processes under supervision **4\. Required Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in the relevant field **5\. Knowledge Requirements:** Administrative routine procedures, Microsoft Office Suite **6\.
