Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation and preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control, performing diagnostics and resolving technical issues. Programming and delivery of security systems to customers **Technical Activities Summary – Maintenance and Installation of Electronic Security Systems** **\-**Professional responsible for executing service orders (SO) related to the installation and corrective and preventive maintenance of electronic security systems, such as alarms, surveillance cameras (CCTV), electric fences, and access control. Performing precise diagnostics and resolving technical issues based on root-cause analysis, aiming to prevent recurrence of failures. **\-**Conducts detailed visual inspections of customer installations to anticipate failures and identify defects indicated in service orders. After diagnosis, performs functional tests and carries out necessary repairs on alarm control panels, CCTV modules, and electric fence systems. **\-**Possesses technical expertise in installing and programming alarm control panels, as well as delivering and providing final system guidance to customers. Performs remote access programming on DVRs from Intelbras and Hikvision brands, ensuring full functionality of remote monitoring systems. \-Responsible for the proper storage, use, and maintenance of equipment and materials provided by the company. \-Additionally, possesses technical capability to prepare reports and assessments, proposing technical solutions to optimize installation and maintenance processes.
