Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering and evolving the IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security of on-premise and cloud environments. Key Highlights: 1. IT infrastructure administration, including on-premise and Azure environments 2. Security management with Fortinet and Kaspersky, and monitoring with Zabbix 3. Automation of routines using PowerShell and Python, following ITIL and ISO 27001 A professional responsible for administering and evolving the IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security of **on\-premise and Microsoft Azure cloud** environments. * Manages servers, networks, storage, and corporate services; * Administers **Active Directory and Entra ID**, as well as **domains and email via Microsoft 365;** * Implements and manages **Fortinet firewall** and **Kaspersky antivirus**, maintaining up-to-date security policies; * Operates **backup and Disaster Recovery** solutions using **Azure Backup**, and monitors the environment with **Zabbix;** * Uses **GLPI** as the ITSM tool for incident, change, and asset management; * Provides support and performs maintenance on the **TOTVS RM ERP** infrastructure, ensuring stability and system integration; * Automates routines using **PowerShell and Python;** * Prepares technical documentation and contributes to modernization and Azure migration projects, adhering to best practices of **ITIL and ISO 27001**.
