Use of AI (Claude/Gemini) for process optimization THE CHALLENGE (PURPOSE) You will serve as the right-hand support to leadership in cash, budgeting, and network performance decisions. Your mission is to establish operational routines, lead the Treasury/CAP/CAR team, and ensure unquestionable data accuracy. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * **Ironclad Management:** Rigorous control of cash flow and treasury operations. * **Network Intelligence:** Coordinate royalty billing and advertising fund management (Sankhya). * **AI Automation:** Utilize AI tools (Claude/Gemini) to optimize financial processes. * **Compliance Leadership:** Develop the team and ensure yesterday's improvisation becomes tomorrow's standardized process. WHAT YOU NEED (NON-NEGOTIABLE): * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years coordinating finance areas (retail or franchising is a strong plus). * **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems (**Sankhya** knowledge is a significant advantage). * **Tech-Savvy Mindset:** Comfortable with prompt architecture and AI-driven automation. * **\\"Rogue\\" Profile:** Owner mindset, rigorous execution, and zero tolerance for excuses.
