Willingness to perform physical and technological tasks **General Services Assistant (Condominium) – On-site \| Serra\-ES** We are looking for a **General Services Assistant (ASG)** to work in a condominium, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and professional appearance of all areas. **Responsibilities** * Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (lobbies, staircases, corridors, reception, restrooms, and parking garage); * Maintaining environmental organization; * Proper use of cleaning products and equipment; * Taking out trash bins from the condominium when necessary; * Receiving and registering deliveries when required; * Reporting incidents via the condominium’s mobile application; * Informing supervisors about maintenance needs or material replenishment; * Following established cleaning schedules and routines. **Desired Profile** * A **punctual, responsible, and committed** individual; * **Courteous and discreet** when interacting with residents and colleagues; * Willingness to perform physical labor and adherence to condominium regulations; * **Proficiency with technology** — ability to use **mobile phones, computers, internet, and reporting applications**; * Proven experience in this role. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary aligned with the position (per industry collective agreement); * **Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance**; * **Dental plan**; * **Participatory health plan (optional)**. **Location:** SERRA Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$1\.608,00, per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Serra, Vila Velha, or Cariacica?
