Throughout the program, you will develop essential competencies in areas such as leadership and innovation. * **Job Rotation**: You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of the Maxpar Group, understand how each department operates, and contribute to the company’s collective success. * **Mentoring by Leaders**: Throughout the program, you will receive support and guidance from mentors recognized as subject-matter experts. * **Project Development**: This is where you’ll get hands-on experience and bring your ideas to life! You will be responsible for developing and presenting an improvement implementation project. * **Thematic Workshops**: Throughout the program, you will participate in workshops on strategic topics such as: Situational Leadership; Project Management and Agile Methodologies; Problem Solving and Strategic Decision Making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Availability to intern for at least one year. **Desired Competencies:** * **Innovative Mindset:** Actively seeking new ways of doing things and unafraid to propose changes to improve processes.
