If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Develop technical implementation solutions for the master reliability plan for machinery and equipment, aligned with defined methodologies, internal procedures, safety standards, and applicable legislation—aiming to improve safety, cost-efficiency, quality, equipment availability, and achievement of defined targets. **Detailed Description:** * Manage active asset life cycles (LCC) per internal procedures and current safety standards, ensuring monitoring of both technical and economic asset lifespans, operational safety, and elimination of unplanned production stoppages. * Define KPIs and plant loss identification systems (e.g., Chronic Critical, cumulative MTBF, etc.) for the area; monitor and track results through critical analysis; propose corrective action plans when necessary to meet defined targets. * Manage routine and strategic maintenance activities within management systems; develop FMEA/RCM analyses; conduct quantitative reliability analyses (e.g., Weibull, Blocksim, Monte Carlo); analyze and review equipment criticality and associated indicators (e.g., DF, MTBF, MTTR, etc.); and manage initial equipment control (e.g., taxonomy, TAG definition, maintenance strategy, and technical list), all per internal procedures—aiming to increase reliability and accuracy in control processes. * Supervise third-party and service provider activities to ensure activity quality, compliance with internal procedures and safety standards, contractual clauses, and perform measurements and authorize payment processing. * Drive technological upgrading of the industrial park by identifying innovative tools and methodologies, Industry 4\.0 solutions (e.g., IIoT, augmented reality, Machine Learning), and benchmarking best practices in reliability engineering—targeting productivity gains, process improvements, and achievement of defined goals. * Provide technical support to execution teams, overseeing activity implementation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and defined targets. * Specify equipment and components per internal procedures and current safety standards, meeting area requirements. * Support budget preparation for the department, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and utilization per internal procedures. * Conduct failure analysis focused on anomaly resolution per internal procedures and specific methodologies—minimizing unplanned downtime. * Facilitate workshops and technical training; develop and revise the Asset Failure Modes Catalogue; and create and update reliability-related procedures and training—enhancing team capability, knowledge alignment and dissemination, technological advancement, and application of best practices. * Execute assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
