Support for budgetary and strategic planning The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling procurement and warehouse activities, including obtaining quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance according to departmental needs. They will manage inventory control, supplier registration and evaluation, delivery tracking, and product quality assurance. They ensure contract compliance, prepare control reports, and support the institution's budgetary and strategic planning. Additional responsibilities include ERP system data entry, asset management, and internal customer service, among others. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); \- Familiarity with Google Workspace; \- Prior experience in the field. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with TOTVS system.
