That’s why we’re looking for a **CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** who wants to build, together with us, an extraordinary legacy. **If you have:** * Completed Civil Engineering degree; * Minimum 10 years of experience in vertical construction projects; * Knowledge of construction and building management processes, methods, and resources. **You will be responsible for:** * Developing and monitoring physical, financial schedules, and cash flow to meet pre\-established goals; * Monitoring expenditures and anticipating potential discrepancies; * Negotiating budgets for outsourced services, ensuring contracts align with the financial viability of projects; * Training direct subordinates in performing their duties, ensuring compliance with company procedures; * Analyzing and questioning designs/products to enhance information accuracy, reduce costs, improve final product quality, and lower maintenance costs; * Researching and introducing new technologies and suppliers from the market to optimize costs and increase productivity; * Authorizing payments related to the project, including both services and materials; * Evaluating service providers.
