In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future. We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. You will be responsible for and ensure production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for your unit, and ensure its achievement—and even improvement—throughout the year; * Manage your team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate a large-scale corporate segment facility serving approximately 250 meals per day. Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; Work Schedule: 5x2 \- 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Benefits That Care for You Entirely At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
