Ensure worker safety Responsibilities: * Supervise low-complexity field activities to ensure operational efficiency across various maintenance and construction areas; * Coordinate field teams by assigning tasks; * Ensure worker safety through implementation of safety standards; * Inspect field activities using checklists; * Plan field activities based on needs analysis; * Train teams in field techniques through training programs; * Monitor adherence to deadlines and goals using progress reports; * Conduct field safety audits through regular inspections; * Collaborate with other teams to integrate activities via planning meetings; * Report activity progress to the manager via detailed reports; * Participate in safety meetings to discuss continuous improvements; * Contribute to continuous improvement of field processes. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in related fields; * Driver's License Category B; * NR10 40-Hour Certification; * SEP 40-Hour Certification.
