Description: Prerequisites * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering or related fields. * Solid experience in cost reduction and productivity optimization projects; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, A3, DMAIC, or similar). * Skills in data analysis and statistical tools; * Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is desirable; * Ability to lead projects autonomously and collaboratively; * Intermediate English (a differentiator); * Analytical, proactive profile with a focus on results. * Black Belt certification is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of the Cacau Show Excellence Program at the Linhares unit; * Facilitate the implementation of pillars focused on 5S, Specific Improvement and Training Education; * Support new projects from conception through industrial validation. * Map production processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Lead process optimization projects, focusing on increased productivity, quality and safety. * Propose and implement initiatives to reduce losses and waste. * Work collaboratively with Process Engineering, Production, Planning and Control (PCP), Maintenance, Quality and R\&D departments. 2510240202201828782
