Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and experience in solution architecture, complex requirements elicitation, and mentoring junior analysts. Proficiency in designing efficient and scalable data models **WORK MODEL:** Hybrid **WORK LOCATION:** Aracruz (ES) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT or PJ **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:** 4 years as a Systems Analyst **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We seek professionals with analytical mindset and strategic vision, possessing solid and proven experience in systems analysis, with at least four years of professional practice. Candidates must demonstrate autonomy in handling complex requirements, solution architecture, and technical mentoring and training facilitation for junior analysts. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; * Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and practical application of UML diagrams (Class, Sequence, Use Case); * Proven experience in eliciting and specifying complex requirements, and backlog management in medium-to-large-scale projects; * Ability to architect software solutions, design efficient and scalable data models, and advanced SQL proficiency; * Assertive communication skills, with capacity to negotiate scope and expectations with stakeholders at all levels (technical and executive); * Experience managing high-severity incidents and facilitating end-user training/knowledge transfer sessions; * Experience in high-fidelity prototyping (Figma or similar) and creating automated API test collections: Regression and Contract Testing (Postman or similar); * Ability to mentor and develop junior analysts, reviewing their deliverables (documentation, models) and providing constructive feedback. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with Agile methodologies—especially Scrum—as Scrum Master or Product Owner (PO), and ability to adapt/optimize the methodology to team context; * Experience in high-fidelity prototyping (Figma or similar) and creating automated API test collections: Regression and Contract Testing (Postman or similar); * Experience modeling high-impact business processes using BPMN and identifying bottlenecks to optimize workflow; * Experience and fluency with version control and documentation using GitLab, Markdown, and Wiki Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$8\.000,00 \- R$9\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Aracruz, ES
