Harmonious and clean work environment #### **About the position:** The Packer is responsible for packing and organizing customers' merchandise into their preferred packaging, ensuring efficient customer service. This professional plays a vital role in the customer's shopping experience, guaranteeing that products are properly and efficiently packed. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform packaging services for customers' merchandise by grouping items, aiming to accelerate the customer service process and promote environmental sustainability. * Transport customers' merchandise to the parking lot or nearby the store, considering the volume of goods, using manual transport carts, boxes, or bags, to ensure convenience and excellence in customer service. * Organize merchandise designated for home delivery, verifying whether any items require specific storage conditions—such as refrigerated or fragile goods—to ensure customer satisfaction. * Assist, whenever necessary, with restocking and cleaning merchandise in departments, paying attention to product display and organization, aiming for a harmonious and clean work and customer service environment. * Assist, whenever necessary, with loading and unloading company and supplier trucks—both for home deliveries and for receiving inventory—in order to meet store goals and operational excellence. * Assist in organizing, preserving, and managing inventory, applying space optimization techniques and waste reduction strategies to maintain store goals and operational excellence. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or based on company needs. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Good communication skills and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Physical fitness for handling loads and standing for extended periods. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Ticket: R$400 * Attendance Bonus: R$150 * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Performance-Based Bonus * Courses and Training Programs * Various Discount Agreements #### **Work schedule and working hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), full-time.
