Optimization of logistics operations performance **Job Description:** · Sort unloaded goods according to management instructions and operational procedures for storage at pre-marked dock areas. · Organize cargo safely and efficiently inside vehicles, maximizing space utilization and ensuring cargo integrity, as directed by leadership; · Assist in organizing and cleaning the interior compartments of vehicles and warehouse areas, contributing to workplace preservation and safety; · Support cargo identification by correctly applying address labels; · Assist in reading address labels using data collectors, ensuring proper cargo routing; · Organize pallets, tools, and other supplies used in cargo handling and storage activities; · Maintain an organized warehouse, adhering to operational guidelines and immediate supervisor instructions; · Identify and report any cargo damages, losses, or discrepancies, ensuring traceability and quality of the logistics process. · Perform package pickups and deliveries, following the logistics route to optimize operational performance; · Assist in document issuance and labeling when properly instructed and directed by management or the designated checker/supervisor. **AVAILABILITY: MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS** \*Salary:\* R$ 1\.793,50 \+ NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE **\*BENEFITS OFFERED\*** \- Meal allowance/voucher: R$ 30.00 per day \- Medical assistance with copayment (optional), provided by SAMP \- Dental plan with copayment (optional), provided by Uniodonto \- Free access to SEST SENAT services, including dentistry, nutrition, psychology, and physiotherapy \- Parking at the logistics condominium \- Productivity incentive program \- Banked hours system \*Work Schedule:\* Monday to Friday, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM **\*Work Location:\*** R.
