The professional is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal performance of digital platforms (website and mobile app) and maintaining high standards of customer experience. This role includes monitoring the pharmaceutical market, updating the product portfolio, and aligning pricing with headquarters’ directives. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Rede Farmes website and mobile app, ensuring functionality, up-to-date content, and data integrity. * Conduct product specification, price research, and daily monitoring of pharmaceutical market practices. * Monitor top-selling items, analyze sales behavior, and propose initiatives to drive results. * Track customer satisfaction metrics and continuously improve the digital customer journey. * Develop and execute strategic plans related to e-commerce and user experience. * Produce technical analyses to support senior management and related departments in decision-making. * Administer e-commerce routines and operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. * Collaborate with business, customer relations, communications, and ombudsman departments as needed. **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience in e-commerce operations. * Knowledge of digital platform management (website and app). * Strong analytical skills and expertise in price research and market monitoring. * Familiarity with the retail sector—and preferably with pharmaceutical products (a distinct advantage). **Benefits:** Health insurance; Life insurance; Dental plan; Meal vouchers; Pharmacy discount program; Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Vila Velha City Center — Vila Velha
