**Main responsibilities:** E-commerce Management (VTEX): Full mastery of the platform, including catalog, inventory, Master Data (customers), Storefront, and data import/export processes; Website Operations: Experience in updating banners, digital inserts, managing discount coupons, and optimizing product images and descriptions; Organic SEO: Application of techniques to improve ranking and visibility on search engines (Google); ERP Management: Extraction of sales and inventory reports, tracking of goods movement, and auditing of inconsistencies in fiscal invoices; Support and Processes: Support to management in productivity control, sales KPIs, and implementation of operational improvements. Requirements: Completed high school education; Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is a plus; Knowledge of the Instaleap platform (desirable); Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
