Then join a team of excellence! **About the department:** The department is directly responsible for analysis and management in technical areas, managing quality process activities, monitoring proficiency testing, interfacing with operations, and supporting continuous education and analytical problem resolution. **Main responsibilities:** Ensure full execution and release of clinical, hospital, and outpatient laboratory tests for the unit or hospital, complying with regulations and preserving technical excellence within scheduled timelines and budgeted costs; Ensure planning and technical and hierarchical leadership for low-impact studies and projects in the Clinical Analysis Directorate, defining objectives, activity scope, schedule, and project team, while monitoring execution and analyzing results; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, legislation, and company quality standards by establishing laboratory policies and procedures for the unit or hospital; Approve the development of standards, quality procedures, and calibration curves, and participate in projects and studies led by interface departments through technical and operational contributions and customer complaint evaluations; Improve the efficiency/productivity of the unit’s or hospital’s laboratory, adapting to changes in regulations and legislation, anticipating future needs through the development of practices, techniques, tools, and methodologies; Support team development through technical guidance and assistance in executing lower-complexity and lower-impact activities for the Fleury Group. **We are looking for someone who has: ** * A completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine or Pharmacy (with specialization and knowledge in Clinical Analysis); * Postgraduate studies in business and process management are desirable; * Experience in the clinical analysis segment; * Experience in team management; * An analytical, dynamic, and proactive profile; * Availability for travel.
