Description

Job Summary: Assist in general cleaning of areas, maintenance of restrooms and surfaces, replenishment of materials, and organization of cleaning equipment and PPEs. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in cleaning various areas and surfaces 2. Organize inventory of cleaning supplies and PPEs 3. Maintain cleanliness of cloths and mops ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist in general area cleaning, including internal collection of common and recyclable waste, excluding biological waste requiring airborne and contact precautions; * Assist in cleaning restrooms, glass surfaces, horizontal and vertical surfaces such as tables, countertops, walls, ceilings, curtains, blinds, and windows by sweeping and washing to keep areas clean and organized; * Assist in cleaning and refilling soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and other products in containers, replenishing supplies as needed; * Load and program the washing machine to ensure cloths and mops remain clean; * Organize boxes containing personal protective equipment (PPE) kits and assist in completing employee records for the department; * Organize inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and assist in sorting and distributing materials for cleaning tasks; * Organize the functional cart and/or utility basket according to company-established standards; * Assist in verifying product identification and expiration labels per company standards; * Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Apprenticeship
