If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Control the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the defined milestones for the project, in order to contribute to fulfilling the requirements established in the contract. **Detailed Description:** * Conduct field inspections and field approaches for productivity measurement (field data collection). * Register data in Worksampling. * Register data in the Chronoanalysis spreadsheet. * Process collected data and generate reports based on field measurements. * Critically analyze field measurements and propose process improvements. * Execute project-phase-related activities according to logical sequence, to meet the critical path (sequence of longest-duration activities) established in the construction schedule. * Comply with the execution schedule, meeting stages identified in the construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially scheduled and planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility, to align and identify interferences potentially impacting the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
