




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Perform daily vehicle fleet management (official cars), ensuring control, organization, and proper operation; * Operate vehicle transfers as needed: delivering and collecting vehicles from workshops, rental companies, suppliers, depots, and court units; * Conduct vehicle checklists, including usage condition verification, preventive and corrective maintenance, mileage, and documentation; * Monitor maintenance activities, budgets, approvals, and deadlines, ensuring vehicles are returned in suitable condition; * Track fueling, damages, accidents, and traffic violations, recording all information in internal systems; * Manage the fleet contract under the supervisor’s guidance: monitor KPIs, SLAs, costs, and operational needs; * Maintain relationships with workshops, suppliers, and partners to ensure contracted services are delivered; * Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, internal requests, and system updates; * Ensure operational demands of the Court of Justice and nearby cities are met. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills; Prior experience in fleet-related, logistics, driver, or administrative service activities; Willingness to travel between Vitória, Vila Velha, and nearby cities; Basic knowledge of administrative control (spreadsheets, records, systems); Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or contract management; Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems or advanced spreadsheets; Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance; Experience serving the public sector or managing corporate contracts. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, internal benefits, corporate mobile phone, meal allowance, transportation allowance
