Focus on learning and professional growth We are seeking an **HR Intern** to join our team in **Vila Velha/ES**. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to develop practical knowledge in the HR field, directly participating in administrative and people management processes within a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on learning and professional growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support on employee onboarding, offboarding, and integration activities; * Assist with timekeeping records, medical certificates, and leave documentation; * Support document verification and system database updates; * Provide support in benefit administration and tracking (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.); * Assist with recruitment and selection tasks as needed; * Support new employee onboarding processes; * Contribute to organizing physical and digital files, as well as departmental control spreadsheets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Interest in learning and growing within the Human Resources field. **Additional Information** #### **Other Details:** * **Work Mode:** On-site; * **Location:** Av. Carlos Lindenberg, 2281 \- Jardim Marilandia, Vila Velha/ES \- **(CD MiniPreço ES);** * **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day – from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM; * **Stipend:** R$ 1\.200,00 \+ Transportation Allowance.
