Job Summary: The Human Development Assistant will perform operational routines, supporting the Human Development team in recruitment, selection, onboarding, personnel administration, and benefits. The **Human Development Assistant** will carry out operational routines aimed at meeting the needs of the Human Development area. They will support the Human Development team in recruitment and selection, onboarding, personnel administration routines, benefits, administrative support for the department, and other related activities. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROFINANCE!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct internal and external selection processes; Implement Workplace Well-being initiatives; Review onboarding and offboarding documents; Receive requests for daycare/babysitter allowance reimbursement; Assist with logistics for selection processes, training sessions, and management meetings; Monitor monthly periodic medical examinations for employees within their regional office; Answer employee questions regarding selection, benefits, training, performance evaluations, etc.; And other tasks related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; Experience in recruitment and selection, personnel administration routines, and benefits; Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with E-Social is desirable. **Additional Information** **Salary:** Base salary of R$ 1.717,73; **Benefits:** Training programs; Life insurance; Health plan; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Private pension plan; Partnerships with educational institutions; Wellness incentive program through Wellhub; Meal allowance and basic food basket allowance totaling R$ 1.507,24; Daycare/babysitter reimbursement for children up to 5 years and 11 months old — R$ 320,38 (fixed amount per child); Workplace Well-being Program (We implement subprograms supporting and caring for our employees’ physical, emotional, and social health and well-being). **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week; **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
