We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor the facility through camera footage and direct the security team according to incidents; * Analyze Service Order reports in the control spreadsheet to approve service providers; * Assist the security supervisor in internal security tests; * Analyze and document incidents and claims in the Integrated Operations System; * Fulfill daily administrative processes and post-incident procedures; * Serve as a multiplier of preventive guidance for staff and clients; Requirements: Completed high school education with certification in private security; **Qualifications** * Experience operating a CCTV monitoring center; * Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency; * One year of experience in private security for large-scale facilities; Benefits: * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness platform; * Discounts at partner gyms within the group.
