Growth alongside the project The **Studio 19\.88**, a high-end beauty studio located in Vitória/ES, is seeking a **Manager/Supervisor** to directly manage operations, the team, and the customer experience. This position is strategic — it is not an operational role disguised as leadership. **Responsibilities** * Managing the studio's daily routine (opening, operation, and closing) * Leading and organizing the team (PJ professionals and CLT staff) * Monitoring scheduling, customer flow, and professional availability * Ensuring adherence to Studio standards, processes, and protocols * Mediating conflicts and making swift decisions * Providing direct support to the commercial area and customer experience * Direct communication with management for alignment and execution **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in management or supervision (salons, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium retail) * Firm, organized, and professional demeanor * Leadership ability without authoritarianism * Strong communication skills, emotional control, and sense of responsibility * Aptitude for handling goals, routines, and performance expectations * Practical mindset: solves problems directly, does not delegate decision-making **Desired Profile** * Trustworthy, mature, and discreet individual * Capable of building close relationships with the team while maintaining authority * Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented * Understands that standards are non-negotiable **What We Offer** * Structured and professional work environment * Autonomy to lead within clear processes * Compensation commensurate with level of responsibility * Growth alongside the project * **Location:** Studio 19\.88 – Vitória/ES Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.300,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
