Leadership support and mentoring **What are the requirements?** * Be aged 17 to 22 at the time of hiring (no age limit for persons with disabilities); * Have a per capita family income below 1.5 minimum wages; * Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school; * Not have previously participated in an apprenticeship program; * Demonstrate potential for development and alignment with Boticário Group's core values; * Be available to work 4 hours or 6 hours and 15 minutes per day, according to available schedules in your city; * Be available to work morning or afternoon shifts; * Reside in one of the cities offering vacancies. **Areas with Vacancies** * **Retail:** working in stores and distributor outlets of the Boticário Group, performing customer service and other store-related routine tasks. * **Operations:** working in factories, distribution centers, production processes, logistics, administrative functions, and more; * **Corporate:** administrative roles in areas such as B2B, B2C, Consumer, People & New Businesses. *\*Vacancies may vary by city; upon selection, you may express interest in all areas offering opportunities in your city.* **How does the Program work?** * Apprenticeship contract lasting 12 to 24 months, depending on the city * Daily working hours of 4 or 6 hours, depending on the city (4 workdays \+ 1 mandatory study day) * Professional training provided by Boticário Group's partner organizations * Boticário Group development pathways * Leadership support and mentoring, HR Business Partners (BPs), and Corporate Programs Job Type: Apprentice Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
