Support to construction project management through reports and control documents GS Inima Brasil \| Vitória \- ES \| On-site Job Description Responsible for physical/financial planning and control of construction projects, including development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and economic cash flows. Coordinates execution timelines with supply delivery schedules, analyzes costs and variances, develops project analytical structures and performance indicators. Supports technical and contractual project management by preparing reports and control documents, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. Responsibilities and Duties * Development and monitoring of construction schedules, including services and supplies, integrating and coordinating execution and supply timelines; * Development, control, and revision of reference and execution budgets, monitoring incurred and forecasted costs, identifying potential variances and trends; * Provisioning and Economic and Financial Cash Flows; * Development of action plans to meet construction schedules and budgets, monitoring and controlling physical and economic activities; * Economic and financial monitoring and control of contracts, validated against physical progress and established measurement criteria; * Development of project analytical structures; * Preparation and updates of reports for physical and economic monitoring and control of construction projects, monitoring and analysis of performance indicators and goal achievement; * Support to construction project management through preparation, analysis, and revision of reports and control documents for technical, executive, and contractual project management. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's degree. **Field:** Civil Engineering Desirable Requirements **Education:** Postgraduate degree / MBA **Field:** Construction Planning and Control. **Others:** * Experience in planning and control within the engineering field; * Experience in developing and monitoring execution budgets for infrastructure and/or sanitation construction projects; * Experience with Project Analytical Structures for economic and physical construction monitoring.
