Conducting strategic recruitment processes, focusing on attracting talent aligned with company culture (job postings, screening, interviews, and feedback); Onboarding new employees; Supporting daily HR administrative tasks (time tracking, benefits administration, vacation management, terminations); Planning and executing organizational climate and engagement initiatives; Supporting training and team development; Assisting in performance evaluation processes; Preparing HR reports and metrics; Proposing and implementing improvements to internal HR policies.
