PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Apprentice Assistant – Initial and Continuing Education **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, as stipulated by the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as prescribed by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship program in the same field of training offered in this vacancy are not eligible to apply, as re-enrollment in the same program is prohibited. **EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:** Currently enrolled in Elementary School (minimum requirement). **Requested documentation must be demonstrated by:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or official certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion); and, if currently enrolled, a current-year enrollment certificate for the ongoing course. **DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:** Must be between 14 and 23 years old on the announcement publication date. **Requested documentation must be demonstrated by:** a) Identity card/RG with CPF number. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
