Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding, fabricating wooden formwork, installing structural protection, and operating aerial work platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and fabrication of wooden formwork. 2. Construction of protective structures and analysis of roof plans. 3. Occasional operation of aerial work platforms (scissor and articulating types). **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Participate in the Daily Safety and Productivity Dialogue (DDSP); Ensure that work equipment is fit for use; Store components and equipment in appropriate locations; Assemble and dismantle scaffolding using nails, bolts, and couplers; Fabricate wooden formwork; Fabricate and secure formwork using an adjustable metal Frenchman's clamp; Fix formwork panels using nails; Lubricate formwork with wooden form release agent; Distribute beam supports (sawhorses) according to design specifications; Construct life-saving trays; Construct temporary stairway protection; Protect excavations (trenches) with temporary decking; Analyze roof plans; Perform material take-offs for roofing; Carry out fitting operations for wooden roofs; Perform reinforcement splicing and placement for roofing; Occasionally operate scissor-type and articulating aerial work platforms for elevated tasks, provided the operator is certified; Perform assigned tasks in accordance with applicable technical procedures and current quality, safety, environmental, and health standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Completed Primary Education **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
