




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance services; material management; and data entry in SAP. Key Highlights: 1. SAP system management for maintenance **Description** Planning and scheduling of maintenance services; monitoring of maintenance indicators; material requisition for maintenance orders; and data entry of execution results in SAP. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform planning of services, participating in daily service scheduling and PT meetings; Perform scheduling of transportation, meals, equipment (cranes, Munck, etc.), maintenance and inspection notes, maintenance orders, and other inputs required for service execution; Create reservations and purchase requisitions in SAP; Record services in Aplat or SPTweb; Monitor execution of maintenance activities; Adjust maintenance orders for capacity leveling; Organize and consolidate documents related to deliveries, measurements, and supervision of services and materials, compiling information and material certificates; Create, allocate, and close maintenance notes and orders in SAP; Archive and organize printed maintenance orders, invoices, and other documents; Conduct field information gathering to support understanding of service scope; Prepare indicator reports, charts, and presentations; Manage the infrastructure of the SAP maintenance management system (e.g., creation of maintenance plans, technical lists, equipment master data, material master data); Develop standards/procedures for SAP-related tasks; Register/modify equipment, maintenance plans, spare parts lists, materials (NM), and installation locations in SAP or any other control system or software; Coordinate activity scheduling to eliminate interferences among various disciplines; Ensure timely return of materials held by third parties—sent for repair, calibration, or maintenance—in compliance with legal return deadlines. Search for Material Release Communication (CLM) in Petrobras corporate systems and provide it for project databook compilation. Manage weekly scheduling; Monitor and control planning and scheduling indicators; Perform daily service monitoring; Execute mass commercial closure and error management; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education Level: Technical level, registered with the respective professional council. Education: Electrotechnology, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or Mechatronics. Basic knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrated systems (SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA);
