Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, executing, and controlling procurement and warehousing activities, including quotations, negotiations, inventory control, and supplier management. Support for budgetary and strategic planning The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling procurement and warehousing activities, performing quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance according to departmental needs. They will manage inventory, register and evaluate suppliers, monitor deliveries and product quality, ensure contract compliance, prepare control reports, and support the institution’s budgetary and strategic planning. Additional responsibilities include ERP system data entry, asset management, and internal customer service, among others. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); \- Familiarity with Google Workspace; \- Prior experience in this field. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with TOTVS system.
