Job Summary: A professional responsible for mapping, documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using Bizagi and other management tools, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Main Responsibilities: Process Mapping and Documentation: * Conduct end-to-end process mapping using Bizagi to create standardized flowcharts and comprehensive documentation; Analysis and Optimization: * Analyze the process lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; Procedure Development: * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, clearly and consistently documenting processes; Collaboration: * Collaborate with various organizational departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure proposed improvements align with company objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in tools such as Bizagi Modeler and familiarity with other management and quality tools, including BPMN, 5W2H, 5S, etc.; * Strong analytical skills, process modeling capability, and technical documentation expertise; * Excellent communication skills, project management ability, and capacity to interact effectively across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
