If you are committed, pursue continuous growth, and wish to join an organization bearing the responsibility of being essential to life, your place may be here. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Partnership:** Serve as the HR focal point for our operations and agencies in Vitória, Vila Velha, Serra, and Colatina, supporting managers across various people management challenges. * **People Lifecycle:** Facilitate recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluation, etc. * **Diagnosis and Data:** Analyze HR metrics (KPIs) to propose action plans that reduce turnover and increase engagement. * **Culture and Climate:** Lead organizational climate initiatives and ensure our values are lived in practice. * **Recruitment:** Ensure new hires align with our culture and the area’s long-term needs. * **Change Management:** Act as a "change agent," facilitating cultural transformation or organizational restructuring. * **Leadership Development:** Conduct *coaching* and provide practical guidance enabling managers to develop their teams autonomously. * **Conflict Mediation:** Serve as the focal point to resolve critical situations and promote healthy labor relations between employees and the company. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience as an HRBP or Generalist HR Analyst with a consultative focus. * Analytical capability to work with data (basic People Analytics). * Communicative, resilient profile, able to navigate effectively between operations and strategy. * The professional will be based at our ES headquarters in Vitória. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Benefits: Health insurance, dental plan, transportation allowance, meal voucher, and Pulsa Saúde Program (psychological support – MediQuo). **Join us.
