Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our team, supporting sales, communication, and marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation and conversion, as well as digital brand development. Our mission is to deliver quality of life through vision! **@lensstore.com.br** We seek a candidate to join our team, participating in and supporting sales, communication, and marketing strategies, working toward lead generation and conversion, and executing initiatives to develop our brand across digital media. The role will focus on the digital domain: website, digital media, and marketplaces. Full-time CLT position, 100% on-site. Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities and Duties** * E\-commerce: maintenance and improvements to the e\-commerce and marketplace platforms, SEO, performance analysis (Google Analytics); * Development of digital marketing and social media campaigns: planning, creation, and publishing of ads and posts, responding to user interactions, monitoring and optimizing results, and generating reports; * Support for other departmental activities, including creation and adaptation of communication materials, forms, and documents; * Market and competitor monitoring. **Prerequisites** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365\. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with marketplace platforms: Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.; * Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, inbound marketing, and social media management; * Knowledge of editing tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, video editing, etc.; * Knowledge of English and/or Spanish; * Prior experience in digital marketing.
