If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Summary Description:** Monitor the development of projects requested by clients, ensuring compliance with established requirements regarding internal procedures, technical specifications, legal aspects, and quality standards, thereby verifying that projects meet both company and client expectations. **Detailed Description:** * Implement and apply approved tools related to analysis, management, execution, and improvement of project quality under your responsibility, in accordance with internal procedures, safety standards, and current legislation, aiming to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Monitor indicators and historical data related to the quality of completed projects, performing critical analyses of results, identifying deviations, and proposing mitigation actions to leadership. * Carry out actions defined to address non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, ensuring project alignment with quality requirements established by leadership. * Apply departmental operational procedures to contribute to expected organizational outcomes and systemic governance of projects under your responsibility. * Identify potential risks to project quality, conduct studies and analyses, and propose mitigation solutions to guarantee projected outcomes. * Control the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all documents used in projects under your responsibility—including manuals, procedures, standards, among others—as well as control documents generated by the project—such as various warranty certificates, acceptance certificates, test certificates, material certificates, among others—to verify that all used documents are validated and in their latest versions, and that resources (materials, equipment, and personnel) meet project-defined requirements. * Perform assigned activities according to received planning, with monitoring and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
