Our job openings are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior hashtag\#jobs hashtag\#hiring hashtag\#opportunities hashtag\#technology hashtag\#healthcare hashtag\#hiringnow **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contact suppliers, request quotations for materials and labor services required to meet departmental needs, negotiate, and identify the best cost-benefit ratio; * Formalize supplier approval of budgets in accordance with directives from management to finalize procurement; * Analyze service provision and/or labor contracts to verify alignment with negotiated terms, then forward them to the Legal Department for approval; * Verify invoices, check items and respective quantities, cross-referencing against the signed contract, and subsequently forward them to the Finance Department for payment processing; * Receive requests for construction and renovation projects involving company infrastructure, confirm supervisor approval, and source suppliers/quotations to execute the work; * Monitor and/or arrange documentation required to maintain MedSênior’s headquarters and branches in good standing with relevant authorities (permits, certificates, licenses, etc.), verifying validity to ensure ongoing corporate compliance; * Contract dispatch services when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation); * Prior experience in building maintenance and preventive maintenance planning is desirable; * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with maintenance management systems is desirable; * Knowledge of maintenance planning methodologies is desirable. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance, Gympass, psychological support, birthday leave, and more.
