Controller Analyst

Job Summary: A professional to develop and monitor performance indicators, conduct result analysis and profitability simulations, and support budgetary control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development in cost management and controller functions Responsibilities: Develop and monitor performance indicators relevant to cost management;  Conduct result analyses and generate management reports to support the company's decision-making process;  Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement plans;  Perform profitability simulations during sales negotiations, by customer, product, region, etc.;  Prepare cost center/project result control reports;  Continuously track departmental costs/expenses and identify variances for containment;  Analyze account classifications, cost centers, account types, and allocations to ensure correct assignment;  Prepare management reports and present findings;  Participate in the annual budgeting process, supporting business units in data modeling and other related tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;  Knowledge of cost accounting, budgetary management, and indicator development;  Intermediate Excel proficiency.  Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller Functions, Finance, or Business Management (preferred).
