Monitoring KPIs and developing improvement plans The Controller Analyst is responsible for analyzing and controlling the company's financial activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. This professional operates strategically, delivering relevant information to support managerial decision-making. To perform these functions, solid knowledge in accounting, finance, and data analysis is required. * Develop and monitor performance indicators relevant to cost management; * Conduct profitability analyses, generating managerial reports to support the company's decision-making process; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), developing improvement plans; * Perform profitability simulations for sales negotiations, by customer, product, region, etc.; * Prepare control reports by cost center/project; * Continuously monitor departmental costs/expenses and identify variances for containment; * Analyze account classifications, cost centers, account types, and allocations to ensure correct allocation; Prepare managerial reports and present results; Participate in the annual budgeting process, supporting business areas in data modeling and other responsibilities.
