The employee will be responsible for implementing strategic people management practices, strengthening the organizational culture, and overseeing the Recruitment \& Selection and Training \& Development areas, ensuring that HR operates in an integrated manner focused on results. Main responsibilities: Structuring the Job and Salary Plan. Develop and monitor climate surveys and implement action plans. Promote initiatives related to culture, engagement, and recognition. Create and execute internal campaigns and institutional actions. Manage internal communication channels (WhatsApp, bulletin boards, e\-mails, and corporate TV). Job requirements: Previous experience with organizational development projects. Experience in people management or HR team coordination. Strong planning, communication, and manager relationship skills. Hands\-on profile with strategic vision and focus on results.
