We are looking for a talented and proactive **Engineering Analyst** to join our team at the Recanto das Orquídeas construction site. If you are passionate about civil construction, results-oriented, and want to be part of a team that values ethics and quality, this opportunity is for you! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the engineer in planning and executing construction projects. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Controlling the quality of materials and services delivered. * Performing physical progress measurements and assisting in preparing management reports. * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and construction quality standards. * Supervising production teams to ensure productivity and alignment with the project schedule, along with other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Prior experience or internship at construction sites. * Organized, proactive profile with excellent communication skills. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
