




**Description** This position is responsible for supervising technical field teams, planning, distributing, and monitoring electrical and mechanical maintenance work orders. It involves scheduling activities, controlling inputs, conducting inspections, and validating completed services to ensure compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards. It contributes to process performance through project development, analysis of operational data, and support for energy efficiency management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise teams of electricians and mechanics carrying out maintenance services; Plan and distribute work orders according to the technical schedule and operational priorities; Conduct technical inspections and surveys during service execution and after completion; Develop small-scale electrical diagram projects and support process development; Inspect and control inputs, tools, and working equipment conditions; Consult technical manuals and catalogs for component and material specifications; Monitor deadlines, record non-conformities, validate corrective actions, and conduct inspections; Guide proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure collective protection measures; Support energy efficiency projects through consumption analysis and unit inspections; Motivate teams to achieve operational and strategic goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree. **Fields of Study:** Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Technology, or related fields.
