**Requirements, Qualifications, and Courses:** * **Technical course in Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or** Technological higher education (desirable) in electrical areas may be a differentiator; * NR-10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services (mandatory); * NR-35 – Work at Heights, if elevated activities are involved; * Certification in electrical controls, automation, or industrial maintenance (desirable); * Proven experience as electrician, lead electrician, or supervisor; * Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Availability for on-call shifts, overtime, or travel, as required; * National Driver’s License (CNH). **Job Responsibilities:** * Assign tasks and supervise the activities of electricians and assistants; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Conduct alignment meetings and instruct the team on operational procedures; * Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for electrical systems; * Supervise construction projects, installations, and modifications of electrical circuits; * Assess requirements for materials, tools, and equipment, requesting replenishment when necessary; * Identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; * Ensure all work complies with NBR standards and current regulations (e.g., NR-10).
