Job Summary: A professional to support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System, responsible for developing procedures, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Conduct internal audits and oversee external certification audits 3. Contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, including mapping, reviewing, and standardizing internal processes; Develop, review, and control quality procedures, instructions, and records; conduct internal audits and oversee external certification audits; Monitor performance indicators, action plans for deviation correction, and deliver training on quality standards and practices to employees. Handle nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement projects, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
