The professional will work on the development, integration, and automation of information systems, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs. **Detailed Description:** * Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint according to internal company requirements and demands. * Develop and maintain integrations and automations in Python. * Analyze and implement development and system customization projects aligned with business processes, ensuring data integrity and appropriate technology application. * Integrate new functionalities and interfaces to enhance defined workflows and business outcomes through Power Platform technologies. * Document developed solutions, requirements, and agreements with various departments to facilitate understanding by end users and the team, and to provide information for future interventions if necessary. * Design and execute manual or automated tests to ensure correct and appropriate operation of developed solutions. * Plan and execute activities with technical or managerial support, maintaining expected productivity levels. * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of features, services, and information generated by developments for the company’s system, keeping technical documentation up to date. * Test and validate market technology proposals for integration into the company’s system, ensuring fulfillment of internal demands and compatibility with the existing system. * Implement application and operational standards to improve server performance, including troubleshooting and conducting availability, functionality, and performance testing. * Create documentation such as manuals, videos, and training materials to enrich the company’s knowledge base and expedite future support. * Perform integrations with external APIs and consume data from multiple sources. * Develop automations and integrations following coding best practices, aiming for scalability and accessibility. * Participate in the implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, contributing to achieving established objectives and goals, supporting more senior professionals when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience developing solutions on the Power Platform. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams. * Self-managed and proactive profile. * Basic knowledge of project management, planning, and scheduling. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience with Python-based automations. * Experience developing engineering tools (CAD and EDM). * Experience with industrial routines related to engineering planning and projects. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Flex Office (Hybrid) * Work Location: Vitória/ES * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Benefit * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass * Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
