Therefore, we seek talents with sparkle in their eyes, a desire to build, and energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, have a strong thirst for learning, and want to be part of building the investment bank that is changing how entrepreneurship is done in Brazil, this is where you belong.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing raw data from various sources. * Support analysis and interpretation of datasets to extract relevant insights. * Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for continuous processing and integration. * Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms. * Assist in creating clear and informative data visualizations to communicate results and insights. * Conduct research and explore new tools and techniques to improve the company’s data analytics practices. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to develop technical and business skills. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Logical reasoning; * Results-oriented; * Attention to detail; * Interest in the financial market; * Interest in research; * Proficiency in programming languages such as: Python, R, SQL; * Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools: Power BI; * Verbal and written communication skills; * Motivation to learn and enhance technical skills; * Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity; **Additional Information** In March 2013, we began polishing our diamond: Apex.
