




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience / knowledge of notary and real estate agency procedures; * Experience in property regularization. DESIRABLE: * Knowledge of real estate depreciation calculation; * Experience with fixed asset registration; * Experience with RM / TOTVS systems is desirable. * Ensure regularization of properties owned by Entities, guaranteeing compliance of records and documentation. * Perform document control, asset incorporation, asset classification, and depreciation calculation, ensuring accurate accounting registration of assets. * Support the accounting closing process, ensuring consistency, integrity, and reliability of asset-related information. * Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives for asset management processes. * Represent the Entity institutionally before public agencies, notaries, audits, and inspections. * Coordinate and guide the team in responding to internal and external audits. * Draft resolutions, technical opinions, and strategic documents on relevant asset-related topics. * Provide advisory services to corporate, shared, and business areas, delivering qualified support aligned with internal customers' needs. * Monitor and support execution of partial and comprehensive asset inventories, ensuring compliance and quality of information. * Lead comprehensive inventory, disposal, and write-off processes for assets. * Deliver advanced training and act as a knowledge multiplier in asset management. * Prepare strategic reports and complex analyses to support senior management decision-making. * Develop, monitor, and analyze asset performance indicators. 2512080202191910229
