Join us to **INSPIRE**! **Responsibilities and duties** * Support admission processes, including document verification, updating registration data, and organizing new employees’ personnel files; * Assist in monitoring and managing electronic attendance records, verifying time clock entries, identifying inconsistencies, and flagging necessary adjustments; * Contribute to benefits administration by updating employee records, supporting internal employee inquiries, and assisting with maintenance of related systems; * Support payroll routines, performing basic verifications, completing spreadsheets, and organizing required information for payroll processing; * Assist in issuing, organizing, and dispatching Human Resources Department documents; * Provide internal support, clarifying employee questions regarding admission procedures, time tracking, benefits, and payroll—always under team guidance; * Assist in updating HR control spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators; * Monitor and support personnel movement processes—including vacations, leaves of absence, and contract terminations—performing basic verifications and organizing relevant documentation. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background:** Currently enrolled in Administration, Economics, or Accounting Sciences, with expected graduation starting December 2026.
